  • Serves as bond counsel and counsel to issuers, trustees, credit enhancers, borrowers, underwriters and other parties in connection with governmental purpose financings (including general obligation, revenue and special assessment bonds) and private activity financings (including housing, industrial development and 501(c)(3) bonds)
  • Represents national corporate trustees in connection with various corporate trust matters
  • Extensive experience in USDA Rural Development utility financings and housing financings serving as bond counsel
  • Represents financial institutions in connection with commercial lending and governmental lending
  • Represents public bodies in connection with innovative affordable housing finance projects
  • Serves as general finance counsel for St. Johns County, Florida, assisting with County finance matters, including bond financings, borrowings, leasing and utility acquisitions
